Congratulations on making it to the top! To ensure a smooth payout process and avoid missing out on your prize, please follow the reward claiming guidelines carefully.

1. Access to Your Email

First things first: make sure the email address linked to your Verminion account is active and accessible by you. Official claim instructions and voucher details will be sent directly to your inbox.

2. Check Your Inbox Early

Winners and runners-up are contacted within the first week of every month following the end of a phase. Be sure to check your inbox (including your spam or junk folder) during this period.

3. Prepare Your Details

To claim your reward and featured shoutouts, have the following details ready before replying:

• Social Media Handles: Your Instagram and TikTok usernames (if owned) for your official shoutouts.
• Hall of Fame Photos: High-quality screenshots of your winning team and/or star player photo (required for Hero, Titan, and Apex tier winners).

4. Reply Promptly

Once you receive your claim email, reply with all requested details to finalize your reward issuance. Delayed responses may delay your payout and Hall of Fame induction.
