Welcome to Verminion! By creating an account, accessing, or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Verminion is an independent tournament management platform built for recording, organizing, and rewarding competitive eFootball matches.

2. Eligibility & Account Responsibilities

• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
• Each player may only operate one primary Verminion account. Creation of multiple accounts to manipulate points, tiers, or leaderboards is strictly forbidden.
• You agree to provide accurate information upon registration and during match reporting.

3. Analytics, Cookies & Data Usage (GA4)

To improve platform performance and user experience, Verminion uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4).

• Data Collection: GA4 collects anonymous interaction data (such as page views, button clicks, and session lengths) using cookies and device identifiers.
• User Privacy: No personal details like passwords or match evidence screenshots are shared with analytics tools. By using Verminion, you consent to the processing of data about your site usage in accordance with our privacy practices.

4. Advertising & Monetisation

Verminion displays third-party advertisements to support platform maintenance and host free-to-enter tournaments.

• Ad Placement: Advertisements may appear across various pages and web app sections.
• Third-Party Links: Clicking on advertisement links or banners will direct you away from Verminion. We do not endorse, guarantee, or take responsibility for any third-party products, services, or privacy practices on external sites.
• Ad-Blockers: Using ad-blocking software may impair certain site features or interactive tournament tools.

5. Tournaments, Tiers, & Monthly Phases

Verminion operates both Custom Tournaments and official Tier Tournaments:

• Tier Selection: Players select a skill tier at the start of each monthly phase. Tier choices are locked and cannot be changed until the next phase begins.
• Leaderboard Qualification: The top 128 players on each tier leaderboard qualify for the single-leg knockout tournament phase.
• Custom Tournaments: Tournament owners hold sole responsibility for the administration of custom-hosted events.

6. Fair Play, Match Rules, & Evidence

To maintain competitive integrity, all players must adhere to the following gameplay rules:

• Standard Gameplay: All matches must be played using standard eFootball settings without altering match duration.
• Score Reporting: The first user to input a tournament score must attach valid, unedited screenshot evidence. The opponent is required to review and confirm or contest the result promptly.
• Deadlines: Matches must be completed prior to stated schedule deadlines; unplayed or abandoned matches may be declared null and void.
• Match Chat Usage: The in-match chat facility is strictly restricted to arranging kick-off times and sharing room details. Personal communication or harassment is not permitted.

7. Violations, Disputes, & Account Banning

Verminion enforces a zero-tolerance policy regarding fraud and unsportsmanlike behavior.

• Score Disputes: If a submitted score is contested, Verminion administrators will review submitted media evidence. Decisions rendered by administrators are final.
• Penalties: Submitting falsified match evidence, lying about scores, or violating chat terms will result in an immediate account ban lasting several months.
• Permanent Closure: Repeat offenses or severe infractions will lead to permanent account closure and forfeiture of all accumulated points and rankings.

8. Limitation of Liability & Support

Verminion acts solely as a score-tracking and tournament-organizing platform. We are not responsible for connection drops, third-party server outages, equipment failures during match play, or content displayed by third-party ad networks.
